A Christian retreat that focuses on a woman’s physical, spiritual, and emotional health.
Throughout the weekend, you will learn how physical health impacts your spiritual walk and emotional well-being. Fitness and Nutrition coaches, Lyndsay and Nichole share the importance of taking care of the vessel the lord has blessed you with and practical ways to do that! The application doesn’t stop there! After the weekend you will take home a meal and workout plan centered on the topics and tips discussed, your journey is just beginning.
Throughout the weekend you will learn foundational steps to help you get started in the right direction with your physical, spiritual, and emotional health. We will talk about nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, hormones, and other practices that will physically help you have more energy, a better immune system, and a stronger body. We will also discuss how our spiritual health is a priority with our relationship with God being the truth that gives us the wisdom to live life in a way that pleases Him and protects us. Lastly, we will cover tools to help your emotional and mental health thrive. It is the mind that is the catalyst toward healthy actions and behaviors that create positive change.
When a woman is healthy as a whole all those who depend on her and love her will be blessed.
Retreat Speakers
Lyndsay Herrin is a Functional Nutritional Counselor as well as a Health Coach. She has helped many women reach their goals with a well-rounded approach in all areas of health. She specializes in women’s hormonal health. She resides in Vidalia, Ga with her husband and four children.
Nichole Boggs has mentored women from all walks of life spiritually and physically for years. She is a health coach with Faster Way, specializing in nutrition and exercise. She is the wife to the founder of Real Momentum Ministries and a mother to 11 children.
They will receive a 2-week menu and exercise guide to take home with further consultations and coaching available.

“As a mom of many littles, it is not easy for me to get away for a whole weekend but the Lord paved the way very clearly and effortlessly to get to this retreat! I expected a lot, yet it exceeded those expectations! The girl time was priceless. The lodgings were so comfortable and beautiful. The food was literally amazing (that I still think about it!!). I never had a “want” at the cottage (the coffee and creamer is a dream). The meals were some of my favorites because every single meal was so delicious and the conversation around the table was such a blessed time. Coming to this retreat was like being taken care of in every area- I felt so loved! The sessions were so wonderful. I was constantly wanting to hear what Nichole and Lindsay would say next- I learned so many things about nutrition and exercising. And was so encouraged and ggot new “wind in my sails” for being faithful as a wife and mother.
